there are shittons of women competing this year! the AM session is almost all women. and now i think a few people dropped out so 132 open now has 5 people, including me.

I will admit my meet food haul was overkill LOL
This time (my next meet is Nov 1st) I just plan to hit up Panera bread before and get cookies, cake, and bagels and stuff. Make sure you get electrolytes and sodium into your body so I will purchase coconut water and pack creatine. I don’t bother with protein because you’ll just slow yourself down trying to digest it. Avoid only simple sugars (having some is fine!)
